Aim High Austin Toastmasters

Do you get nervous speaking in front of audience? Do you want to advance your professional career, but are not comfortable leading others? We can help! Aim High meetings are a safe space to consistently practice our skills in a friendly, supportive environment.

Aim High Austin Toastmasters is a community Toastmasters club in Austin, Texas. Membership is open to adults of all backgrounds and skill levels. Our weekly meetings feature prepared speeches, Table Topics impromptu speech practice, and speech evaluations. Club members also benefit from Toastmaster International resources and mentor and other networking opportunities as part of the club.

Guests are always welcome! You can attend as a guest as often as you like with no obligation to join as a member. Guests may have the opportunity to join in Table Topics to answer an impromptu speaking prompt, but they are not required to participate.

Aim High Austin Toastmasters is now meeting primarily ONLINE ONLY VIA ZOOM. We will hold one in-person "hybrid meeting" once per month, and possibly more often in the future. Guests are welcome to attend online. Guests can also attend in-person on days when we have an in-person meeting. Please check the schedule here first.

To attend online: Please join us every Wednesday (except state holidays) from 12:05-12:55 p.m. CST on Zoom. RSVP for the Zoom link.

To attend in-person: We are located in the HHS North Austin Complex, 4601 Guadalupe, Austin TX 78751. We generally meet in one of the first floor meeting rooms. Room changes will be posted here and on our website https://aimhigh.toastmastersclubs.org/. State employees can access the building with their ID badge. Non-state employees please check in with the security desk and show ID. Call 512-387-6882 and a club member will escort you to the meeting room. ***NOTE***Aim High is now meeting primarily online, but will hold one in-person hybrid meeting once per month.
