Guided Yoga of profound release
Human senses are exposed to countless stimuli every day. Times of uncertainty, stress, and increasing media influence are causing a nervous overload. Akasha Nada – Deep Relaxation provides the opportunity to experience deep relaxation of body and mind. Guided meditation and progressive relaxation aid the listener to reconnect with original sense perception. Tensions and overstimulation can thereby be reduced, creating space for mental and physical regeneration. In this way, ones own presence and clarity extend into everyday life situations and the environment.
