Sip and Stitch - Sewing workshop
Akasha Academy @Naturheilpraxis, Häberlstraße 15a, München, DEA workshop for small repairs - with heart, creativity, and a cup of tea
A hole in your favorite jeans, a sock lovingly knitted by Grandma, a moth hole in a wool sweater, or a cardigan with a loose seam – many things can be saved with just a few stitches. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple hand-sewing techniques to repair your clothes and make them even more beautiful along the way.
Together, we’ll practice basic stitches, close seams, sew on buttons, and mend small holes. And if you like, you can try your hand at creative, visible mending – with colorful or floral embroidery, woven patches, or Sashiko-inspired designs.
Instead of throwing things away, we’ll rediscover the joy of valuing what we own, giving it care and personality. This way, you’ll create garments with stories – and maybe even new favorites.
No experience needed. Just bring a few pieces of clothing with small damages – we’ll provide the rest.

This workshop focuses on stability in times of turmoil. Grounding oneself in the face of overwhelming situations, becoming focused even when familiar structures are overthrown: Letting silence occur and finding clarity, guidance in the flood of information.
During the workshop TK Rinpoche gives an introduction into the view of Universal Ethics, the principle of interdependence necessary for survival.
At two evenings Rinpoche shows the basics of Akasha Training connecting body, mind, and breath to support physical strength, resilience and balance. No prior knowledge is needed.## About Akasha Training
Akasha Training is taught by Tulku Khyungdor Rinpoche both as a preparation to an authentic Buddhist path of practice, and for general regenerative purpose. The training includes exercises to connect body and mind, based on ancient Tantric Buddhism (Vajrayana) and traditional Daoist and Chinese medicine practices. Holistic methods of western medicine are also essential parts. Akasha Training is therefore helpful for medical purposes as well as for the regeneration of body and mind and also shows whether there is a capacity for learning the original Buddhist path of practice.
No prior knowledge is needed. The Workshop will be held in English language.

Healing Herbs - Journey of the senses
Akasha Academy @Naturheilpraxis, Häberlstraße 15a, München, DE## Kidneys – The Root of Vitality & Inner Strength
In this seminar, you will explore the healing power of plants to nourish and strengthen the kidneys — the organs that hold our deepest reserves of energy, endurance, and resilience.
The kidneys are more than organs of filtration. In traditional healing systems, they are understood as the foundation of vitality, influencing hormonal balance, fluid regulation, bones, fertility, and our ability to recover from stress. When kidney energy is depleted, we may feel exhausted, cold, tense in the lower back, emotionally unsettled, or simply “running on empty.”
Through sensory experience, and embodied understanding, this workshop invites you to reconnect with inherrent wisdom of nature.
