Strolling through neighborhoods, discovering cosy backyards and finding little treasures: Welcome to Munich’s popular Hofflohmärkte! On 20th of June, many backyards in Maxvorstadt will open their doors – so will ours, too. Besides flea market treasures, handicraft from Nepal is ready for your visit: High-quality scarves, handicrafts made from lokta paper, small gifts made from felt, and incense from our own production. You can also purchase our unique jewelry sets, which were created in a women’s handicraft business in Nepal. Refreshing tea and delicious small treats add to a relaxed summer day – providing also a good opportunity to learn more about our events and programs.
All profits from the bazaar will go to the projects of Long Yang NGO.

As spring takes over and summer is on the horizon, let us immerse ourselves in the ocean of colors arising all around. Dive deep into colorscapes of the season and express what comes to mind. Whether you wish to explore landscapes, underwater worlds, abstract creations or just fill a blank canvas – this workshop invites you to use the tools provided to let inspiration take over and unfold your creativity without pressure.
No prior knowledge is needed!

Quality materials provided on site: acrylic, aquarell and water colors, paper, canvas, pencils and brushes.

About Pause & Paint:
Pause & Paint was created to offer an event which is focused on art, creative expression and unspeeding in our fast paced environment. Whether as beginner or experienced artist, this session is open for everyone. Feel invited to leave the rush outside the door and enjoy the peace and calm which art can provide.
If you wish, we’re happy to provide tips and techniques but you’re just as welcome to simply explore.

All materials are included and offered on site. Reduced price possible upon request.

Our workshop is generally offered in both German and English. Please register in advance.

On our herbal walk, we stroll through Munich’s nature and explore a whole range of aromatic, nutritious and healing plants.

Ground ivy, red clover and chickweed are more than just weeds or wild plants. Many herbs on our doorstep have the potential to support our health tremendously. On our herbal walk, we stroll through Munich’s diverse green space and explore a whole range of aromatic, nutritious and healing plants. We will discover hidden herbal treasures, have a close look, smell, feel and carefully taste them.

The herbal walk will be led by Bardia v. Beust, naturopath, specialized in pain therapy and herbal medicine.
