Dealing with Intrusive Thoughts

This group's purpose is to provide education and support for individuals and their families who are challenged by OCD symptoms or believe they may be suffering from OCD. It is limited to individuals 18 years of age and older. Staff from Behavioral Sciences of Alabama will support the group with psychoeducational topics for discussion as it gets off the ground. The goal is to develop an autonomous group to serve North Alabama that can draw on various resources from individuals with lived experience and various professions with expertise in treating OCD.
