Artist Grant Writing Meetup

A few local artists were discussing how hard it is to find the time to focus on grant writing. Artist and nonprofit grants ARE out there. We just need to set time aside to focus on grant research and writing!

We thought this would be something very productive for artists to do together in a meetup!

*This is not a class. This is a group of artists that want to schedule one day a month to focus on individual grant writing and research.

This includes all of the arts! Dancers, musicians, writers, poets, visual artists and all things related to the creative arts!

Share grants you know of, share tips, latest buzzwords, get your grant writing done in a place you can really focus. Learn and research with other artists just like you from beginners to pros.

The Space:
Important! Meetups are held indoor/outdoor. The gallery is a small space, so we put big tables outside with heat lamps. If there are more than 5 or 6 artists at the gallery, weather permitting, we will move outdoors.

Weather:
Keep in mind if weather calls for rain during our meetup time we may cancel. Be sure to check the status of the meetup before you head out. We will do our best to keep you informed.

We do not have a parking lot. It belongs to the cleaners and nearby residential.

Parking:
No parking in the cleaners parking lot, they will tow. Garage and street parking is free after 6pm and on weekends.

Costs:
This is a free event, however your donations keep our doors open! Suggested donation for this meetup is $5-$15, however every donation helps no matter how much!
