The 10th Annual NY State International Film Festival: Drama & Documentary films.

This is always a wonderful celebration of some of the best independent short films from around the world. Now in its tenth year, the New York State International Film Festival is once again honored to select the winner of the $500 Brendan Fahy Bequette Young Filmmaker Award, celebrating powerful storytelling and unique vision. This award encourages young filmmakers to share their voices with the world.
