Evening Paddle- Lock 7 Mohawk River

Be on the water BEFORE 6:00pm. Plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes ahead of launch time to unload your boat & organize your gear. We begin paddling promptly at 6pm.

From the Northway, drive west on Rt. 7 for 4.5 miles and take a right on Mohawk Rd. Take a Left on Rosendale Rd for a short distance, and take a right on Lock 7 Rd. As you approach the lock, bear left to the boat launch.

We will paddle upstream past high cliffs and interesting rock formations.

Please sign up at [auntmayor@aol.com](mailto:auntmayor@aol.com) by noon on the day of the paddle and give your cell phone number for last minute changes, which will be announced via text if conditions change. This is the only way to sign up.

You must wear a securely fastened PFD, and have a white light (required!) and whistle. No cotton clothing.

Plan on joining us for the PCM (Paddlers Committee Meeting, all attendees are automatically members of the "Committee") after the outing. We will be celebrating Ed Brown's 90th birthday at Otis and Oliver's, at 8:15pm.
