ADK Evening Paddle - Rensselaer Launch, Hudson River (tidal)

Be on the water BEFORE 4:30pm. Plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes ahead of launch time. We begin paddling promptly at 4:30 pm.

Hilton Park and Boat Launch, 10 Forbes Ave., Rensselaer, NY. Take I-90 East to Exit 7, turn right onto Washington Ave. Turn right onto Forbes Ave. and follow it to the end for the boat launch.

We will paddle upstream or downstream, depending on tide and conditions.

Please sign up at [auntmayor@aol.com](mailto:auntmayor@aol.com) by noon on the day of the paddle and give your cell phone number for last minute changes, which will be announced via text if conditions change. The email signup is the only way to sign up for this outing.

You must wear a securely fastened PFD, and have a white light and whistle (required!). No cotton clothing. Water temperatures (& air temperatures) are dropping, follow the 120 guidelines for attire

Plan on joining us for the PCM (Paddlers Committee Meeting, all attendees are automatically members of the "Committee") after the outing. This season we will continue to have Picnic PCMs (BYOEverything - snack, beverage, chair, ... )
