What we’re about
The purpose of this club is to meet people who love deep dive listening to music, discovering new music, thinking about what we like about a piece of music, hearing what others think and by doing so being able to gain greater appreciation for the music.
From Bella bartok to gorguts, autechre to ornette coleman, koenji hiyakkei to Joni Mitchell ( you don’t need to know who these are!), this is about all music that can be enjoyed by any appreciator of art, not just by sympathisers of a particular aesthetic or scene.
Meetups would occur like a book club, where members would have turns in putting forth an album for the group to go away and listen to, with the group then meeting up to discuss.
