Albuquerque Fantasy Book Club

This group is for people who are interested in reading and discussing different fantasy and sci-fi books. This includes series and standalone books. Over the past year, our group has read books ranging from space operas like Vernor Vinge's "A Fire Upon the Deep" and Tamsyn Muir's "Gideon the Ninth" to dystopian novels like John Wyndham's "The Day of the Triffids" and Greg Bear's "Blood Music."

Thanks to this group and its members, I've learned about many different authors and fantasy genres! Each month, we read a new book and meet to discuss it. Then, new members take turns recommending new books for future meetups. While new members are always welcome, please note that a big part of this Meetup is being able to attend the monthly meetups. You should live in or close to Albuquerque to be able to join these fun discussions!
