Escape From Capitalism?

Hello all.
For our Meetup on Saturday Oct , we will continue our discussion of Clara Mattei's book "Escape From Capitalism" and we will begin a new discussion, starting on a Marxist classic: Rosa Luxemburg's "The Accumulation of Capital". Are there viable alternatives to capitalism - really? What might they look like? Where would it start? How does capitalism continue global colonialism?
Even if you don't get a chance to read the books, please feel free to come to the discussion. All are welcome.
Meeting location: LALA Coffee and Tea on Montgomery Blvd. NE
