FIRE RITUAL FOR THE FULL PINK MOON 2024

This will most likely be our last fire ritual until cooler weather returns this fall. Beltane is known as the time to celebrate the beginning of the summer's warmth with great bond fires.

The full moon supports letting go. Letting go is key to personal growth. Divine energy is always in our reach. It's simply blocked at times by old patterns, and limiting beliefs. You are invited to a meaningful, participatory, and joyful in-person evening. Our outdoor ritual includes a bonfire, guided meditation, chanting, letting go, poems and dance. Come prepared to do any or all!

Bring:

• layered clothing for outside in case it gets chilly
• your intention of what you'd like to let go
• a favorite poem about the moon, an astrological reading to share, or a song we can sing together (doesn't have to be about the moon)

Tea will be served, but please eat ahead of time as we will not be eating together.

RSVP is REQUIRED; we have limited space and the event is being shared elsewhere as well. If you RSVP Yes, and change your mind, that's OK!

Are you feeling the upheaval?
April has given rise to Mercury in retrograde in the fire sign of Aries, a monumental eclipse, a once-every-14-years conjunction, and now, the most intense full moon of the calendar year.

Buckle up, it’s going to be a bumpy ride
This full moon is a heavy-hitter, in the fixed, dark, emotional waters of Scorpio (♏ Water). This lunation shines a light on what's hidden beneath the surface and all things taboo, inviting you to explore the full spectrum of your feelings. The opposing in the sun is the change-averse, pleasure-seeking sign of Taurus (♉ Earth), longing for simplicity and prioritizing what is practical and secure.

Transformation and Empowerment
While the sun shines in Taurus and the moon broods in Scorpio, the energies of both will form a powerful T-square with Pluto, the planet of death and rebirth. Pluto is named for the maiden-snatching god of the underworld and is the planetary ruler of Scorpio. Pluto is linked to unearthing, destroying, composting, and the ashes of the past. Yikes! However, this lunar event marks the end of eclipse season, so it’s time to get back to the business of rebirth.
