Banging Elephants! Yes, you read that right, Brewery tour and talk with taster.

Now I don't know what was going on when they came up with the name but Bang the Elephant is a small keg brewery in Langley Mill. (Who knew eh?!)

So Alfites, here is your opportunity for an exclusively arranged, specially for Alfies only, one off, one of a kind Langley Mill Brewery Tour and Talk. I am reliably informed that these chaps can talk a lot about... well beer.

In operation since 2017, they tell me that they regularly flood the place so wear wellies or at least sensible footwear and bring a bucket. The bucket is to help with the flood not collect beer.

If you listen attentively there may be the opportunity for a bit of a taste of whatever is on the go on that day and naturally there will be the opportunity to purchase a few cans....... for the weekend maybe.... or well isn't there a Bank Holiday bash to attend soon???

So come on down spend a couple of hours being nosey and having a chinwag on this Friday afternoon and you may just set yourself up for a weekend on the sofa or putting a sausage on the BBQ and sitting in ya deckchair with a local brewed beer!

Its a 5 minute walk from the Rainbow 1 bus stop near the Co-op. Parking outside the brewery is limited so park on Amber Drive, behind the cricket club. NG16 4BE. We'll meet at the gates to Unit 14 on Amber Drive at 1pm.
