Meadowhall shopping - by train.

Fancy a spot of early Christmas shopping or just to treat yourself?

Take a day out this weekend and join a few colleagues for a trip to Meadowhall for a few hours perusing some of the shops as they prepare for Christmas Madness. Bag a bit of a bargain or just chomp away on lunch in their food court.

The trip by train is an off peak return direct from Langley Mill at 09.37 returning on the 15.55 train. (currently £15.20 without a railcard). There is free parking at the train station carparks on Milnhay and North Street.

Alternatively, there are similar timed trains from and to Derby.
So if 5 hours of retail therapy and a spot of lunch sounds like you, then pack your shopping bags!
