We would like to invite you for an onsite meetup about outcome-oriented organizations and discussions about Agile, AI and transformation related topics (see agenda below)

We will start with talk done by Özmen and after that we will facilitate round table discussions to give all of us the possibility to share experience and to learn from each other.
Everything will be spiced up with HEINEKEN beer in our office bar :)

Özmen began his professional journey as a Software Developer. Over time, he developed a strong interest in minimizing bureaucracy to make space for humans. He has worked at Booking.com and
bol.com, the leading e-commerce platform in the Netherlands, as an Agile Coach. Currently, he is committed to catalyzing the Agile Transformation at Heineken, with the aim of becoming the best-connected brewer. Ozmen enjoys discovering what drives organizations to focus on outcomes and likes to share his discoveries.
When he is not coaching, Özmen can be found cycling on his road bike, spending time with his family, or watching basketball.
