Welcome to Ales & Assets, a San Diego-based meetup group focused on real estate investing. We host casual meetups at a local brewery on the third Sunday of every month, giving you the opportunity to network, talk all things cash flow, share experiences, and ask questions. Meetups are open to seasoned investors, new investors, and those looking to learn more and get started. We'll talk multi-family investing, short and long term rentals, flipping, out of state investing, and everything in between. Come join us!
