What we’re about
Ally Pally CUFOS Men's Circle is an established and committed group of Men who gather to listen, be present and support each other in our own journeys - though deep listening and acceptance.
We meet weekly at CUFOS, a community centre beside Alexandra Palace, and we follow a simple format which enables every member to feel heard, supported and inspired. We are self run without facilitation and members contribute a small amount quarterly - once they feel ready to commit to the circle - to cover room hire.
We are currently opening up to new members and invite anyone who may be curious to come along (without any charge or commitment) to see if this space may be what you are looking for to support you in your journey.
All we ask for is an open mind, a reflective spirit and an intention to be real and respectful. If this sounds like it could be something you'd value, get in touch. We meet every Monday 8-9:30.
