Looking for a welcoming place to play chess, meet new people, and sharpen your skills? Queens Chess Night is a casual, beginner-friendly gathering for women and femme-presenting players of all experience levels—from complete beginners to seasoned competitors.
Join us for friendly games, strategy discussions, and great conversation in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether you’re learning how the pieces move or preparing for your next tournament, you’ll find a community that loves the game and enjoys helping each other grow.
Come solo or bring a friend. Our goal is to make chess accessible, social, and fun while building a stronger community of women in chess throughout Alexandria and the DC area.
