Sunday is the last bit of mild weather we'll have before we get another round of cold, ice, and snow on Monday and Tuesday. Let's meet at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center and go for a walk around town.

What we'll do:

  • From the sidewalk in front of the Visitor Center, we'll go for a clockwise walk around town along city streets and the Rappahannock Canal and Rappahannock Heritage trails.
  • The total distance is 4.9 miles. The surface is mostly sidewalks and gravel/dirt paths, with hills and steps here and there. This is an easy hike.
