AEC's ONLINE expectations:

If you RSVP as YES:

1. AEC is expecting you to play in both the 8pm and 9pm games.
2. AEC is expecting you to be logged into the 8pm game by 7:55pm and the 9pm game by 9:05pm.
3. If you can't do #1 and #2 above PLEASE do not sign up.

PLEASE NOTE: AEC has a "one strike" online policy, if any of the above expectations are not followed there will be a conversation to see if the issue can be resolved for the future. If there is a second strike, it will result in no futher online attendance.

GAME CODES (think "Tables")

1. 8:00pm: Find your games and play for an hour - Start at Table #1 and if full go to Table #2, etc..etc.
2. 9:00pm: Find your new games and play for an hour - Randomize your table selection.
3. The game codes you will need for the evening will be posted in the comment section.

GAME PLAY
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++

1. The Trickster platform has a chat feature to talk to those at the same table as well as AUDIO and VIDEO capabilities. This is up to the players at the table as far as what you all decide to use. It is strongly encouraged to use one of these capabilities.
2. Full table, everyone is ready, someone can push the "START GAME" button (in the middle of the screen).
3. If the game is NOT full simply wait until 0:05 after the hour to push the "START GAME" button. A robot player will "stand in for" the open seat.
4. A live player can still join the game as they will simply replace the robot(s).
5. Between rounds of play, you can switch partners by clicking the "MOVE HERE" words on top of someone else's cards but ONLY before pushing the "START GAME" button.
6. Once you're close to the end of the hour, you can click "LEAVE GAME" to get ready for the 9:00pm game (or if the evening festivities are over).

Here's what you/we need to do prior to game night:

• If you haven't already, please create an account on the Trickster site https://www.trickstercards.com/home/euchre/
• Please have your username resemble your Meetup name so we know who we are playing with.
• You can download the application on your computer OR download the application on your phone OR Play via the website URL.
• Please play a few games online prior to the Meetup to familiarize yourself with the platform and the options it offers.
• There are a number of "Settings" available for you to use to tweak how you play your cards. Those are up to you to use to your liking.
