Find inner peace in the great outdoors.
This special experience blends the healing power of nature with self-connection and community. Join fellow nature lovers in a restorative, guided walk designed to help you slow down, reset, and embrace the present moment.
(Limited to 15 participants for a more relaxing, intimate experience—so sign up early!)

🌿 Guided Nature Walk – A slow-paced walk to tune into your senses and surroundings.
🌿 Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) – A mindful immersion in the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest.
🌿 Guided Meditation – A moment to quiet the mind, connect within, and feel grounded.
🌿 Reflective Sharing – An optional space for open conversation and self-discovery.

### 🌞 Who is This For?

Anyone looking to reduce stress, reset their nervous system, and feel more connected to nature and themselves. (please no dogs though, it can be too hard to maintain quiet and calm with animals, sorry)

### ✅ What to Bring:

✔ Wear comfortable clothing & walking shoes.
✔ Bring a water bottle & any snacks you may need.
✔ A yoga mat, blanket, or plastic bag for the meditation session (optional).
✔ An open heart and willingness to connect.

🌧 Rain may or may not cancel the event—come prepared for muddy or wet conditions.

âš  Trailhead Safety Reminder: Unfortunately, some parking areas have been subject to break-ins. Please leave valuables at home and plan accordingly.
