We’re told to “love ourselves,” but what does that really mean—especially when you’re exhausted, overthinking, or just trying to keep up with life?

Here’s what I know:

Self-love starts in the body.
It’s not about affirmations or bubble baths (though those can help).
It’s about learning to care for yourself in real, daily ways—especially when it’s hard.

Self-care is self-love.
It’s how we show up for ourselves—not just when everything’s going well, but when we’re overwhelmed, tired, or unsure.

🌿 In this session, I’ll share what it actually looks like to build a loving relationship with yourself—through small, body-based practices that help you feel safe, steady, and seen.

🧘‍♀️ You’ll experience a simple self-loving kindness meditation that brings you back to your center.

💛 And we’ll talk honestly about what gets in the way—and how to gently start showing up for yourself, without pressure or perfection.
