Every Wednesday at Sengkang, we have a workout — alternating weekly between HIIT and yoga classes.
Time: 8pm to 9pm
Venue: near sengkang mrt (downstair hdb)
HIIT: Burn fat and improve cardio fitness
Yoga: Stretch your muscles and calm your mind
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, and towel
