No prior experience with energy healing is required. The best place to start is right where you are! Many students begin their IET journey simply because they feel called to learn something new or support their own healing and growth.

Class Description
Basic Level provides everything you need to begin using IET for yourself and others. In this class, you'll learn the foundations of Integrated Energy Therapy, receive the Basic Level attunement, and experience both giving and receiving a full IET session.

One of the unique aspects of IET is its focus on releasing limiting energetic patterns and replacing them with empowering qualities that better support your growth and well-being.

You'll learn about the nine cellular memory areas where emotions, beliefs, and life experiences are believed to be stored within the energy field. Through guided practice, you'll learn techniques that can help bring greater balance, freedom, and empowerment.

Examples include:

• Anger and resentment → Forgiveness
• Fear → Safety and trust
• Guilt → Innocence
• Distrust → Trust
• Heartache → Love

By the end of the class, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to begin offering IET sessions to yourself and others.

This event combines two beautiful experiences into one 45-minute session. You'll be led through a process to energetically connect to the Healing Angels of IET and then you’ll receive a distant IET group healing session. This will all be conducted via Zoom.

• First, you'll learn about 3 angels and their special gifts that will be shared with you during the experience.
• Then you'll be led through an energetic process to connect with these angels to receive their gifts.
• Finally, all you need to do is sit back and relax and be open to receive. During the remainder of the session, Laura will conduct a group IET healing session. This removes energetic blockages and empowers you to move through life with more ease, joy, and peace.

The angels and the blessings will change each time this event is offered for a unique experience every time!

###### Deepen Your Skills and Intuition

Intermediate Level builds upon the foundation established in Basic Level and introduces techniques that help you work more deeply with the human energy field. Many students find this level particularly exciting because it strengthens intuitive awareness while providing a richer understanding of how experiences, emotions, and patterns may be reflected energetically.

You'll learn techniques for working with the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of the energy field and gain valuable insights that can support both your healing work and personal growth. This level often helps students develop greater confidence in their intuitive abilities while expanding the depth and effectiveness of their sessions.

Advanced Level shifts the focus from healing the past to consciously creating the future. This inspiring class explores the concepts of soul purpose, manifestation, and living in greater alignment with what brings you joy, fulfillment, and meaning.

You'll learn advanced IET techniques designed to help release resistance, strengthen your connection to your inner guidance, and support forward movement toward your goals and dreams.

• Soul purpose and life direction
• Advanced healing techniques

• Vision boards and intention-setting
• Working with angelic support
