All Levels Active is a friendly, inclusive group for anyone who wants to stay active-no matter your fitness level.
We host a mix of activities including HIIT, yoga, brisk walks, chill walks, and hikes.
Some sessions are high-energy, others are relaxed-so you can choose what suits you best.
This group is about movement, balance, and community, not competition. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and meet like-minded people along the way.
