If you have never visited Chef Kenny’s Vegan Dim Sum, you're in for a treat! If you've lived in the Las Vegas area for some time, you've probably heard of or met the remarkable Chef Kenny Chye. When meeting him for the first time, you’ll find a friendly guy with an easy smile, a passion, and a talent for turning incredible vegan dishes into reality. His restaurant is fantastic, offering authentic Thai cuisine and excellent customer service! If you're not familiar with Chef Kenny’s reason for opening a vegan restaurant, understanding his background can be helpful. Kenny Chye moved to the US in 1982 with over 30 years of experience in cooking and catering before opening his vegan restaurant.
He launched his first vegan eatery in 2012, which proved quite successful due to the high number of tourists and limited competition. Kenny Chye undoubtedly pioneered serving vegan food in a city as famous as Las Vegas. Earlier, he aimed to launch a Cantonese vegan dim sum restaurant in 2020, showcasing his remarkable skills in Cantonese cuisine to the world.
