Before a user ever feels delighted or engaged, great UX has already done its job quietly in the background. This week, we’re pulling back the curtain on the hidden magic of intuitive design: the kind that vanishes so users can simply do.

We don’t usually notice great UX, and that’s exactly the point. We’ll explore how the best digital products disappear in front of our eyes, letting people focus on what they actually want to do. We’ll trace the roots of UX from the physical world to the digital tools we use daily. Real-world examples, familiar apps, and a few “hauntingly good” examples, will uncover the invisible principles that make software feel great.
