Hello All-Stackers,
The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting darker and something spooky is happening in the tech world. Just in time for Halloween, All-Stack Hangout is back with a fresh conversation about AI agents, haunted codebases and the horror stories that come with letting machines take over the keyboard. Sounds like a developer's dream, right? But what could possibly go wrong?
To find out, we're bringing in someone who's been brave enough to find out firsthand.
This time, we're meeting at our office on Severin Street no. 4, for an evening of AI horror stories and a little Halloween spirit.
Mircea RilΔ - CTO @ Take 10 Media, founder of SingleFax and builder of several internet and SaaS products, including renzi.ro and microsaas.directory. With 26 years of software engineering behind him, he's seen his fair share of tech transformations. He's worked as a software architect at Continental Automotive, co-founded game studio Parudi, and consulted for Victory Square Partners.
But in September 2025, he did something that might terrify a few developers: he stopped writing code himself and handed the keyboard over to a team of AI agents running across his businesses. Since then, he's collected plenty of lessons, unexpected surprises and a few horror stories that no amount of debugging could have prepared him for.
No tricks, no magic spells, and definitely no guarantees that everything works as expected. Just real stories from someone who's been brave enough to let AI agents loose in the wild.
