What we’re about

Health should be a right not a privilege.
Exercise should be fun, not boring.
There is no one size fits all to fitness, so I aim to vary the workouts and hope to help you on your journey to loving movement and healthy living.

I'm a certified Pilates, Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, Spin, Conditioning and Mobility instructor as well as licensed L4 PT, professionally trained dancer, British Gymnastics trampoline coach and running coach. I work as a Pilates Instructor full time but want to share my love of exercise and music with those who can't afford a fancy gym membership, don't like the fancy gyms and/or just want to make friends and try new things.

Open for help/assistance with both venue and location finding.
