Neversink Mountain Hike

This hike will cover approximately 7 miles with 1000 feet of elevation gain. Neversink Mountain Preserve is a 900 acre preserve in Reading with trails along the abandoned rail tracks. There are several scenic overlooks and diverse flora and fauna. 

Be prepared for muddy conditions in spots. Bring adequate hydration and trail snacks, insect repellent, and sunscreen. Dress for the weather and wear footwear with good grip.
