Social Pace. 90% Paved Bike Path. Road or Mountain Bike OK. A helmet is mandatory (sandals are optional).

An AMTR tradition dating back over a decade! The Tuesday Night Back Bay Ride, formerly known as the Back Bay Bike Path Bike Ride and Food Truck Event, or BBBPBR&FTE for short was originally envisioned as an excuse to eat at the many food trucks that used to be found in the Boomer's parking lot off of Michelson on Tuesday nights such as Dogzilla, Dos Chinos, etc. Sadly the food trucks have long disappeared, but the ride continues. :)

This is not a hammerhead roadie ride. It is a social road ride with regroups. With that said, you are expected to be able to ride 20 miles at a reasonable pace (~15mph). We would like the ride to be enjoyable for everyone (and get back in time for some tasty eats).

LIABILITY RELEASE & WAIVER
If you are new to AMTR, please bring a signed and completed waiver to the ride for the ride leader or email it to: AMTR.Meetup@gmail.com. You will be asked to sign a Waiver if you do not have one on file with us. If you refuse to sign, you cannot join the meetup event.

BIKING ESSENTIALS
Please bring your own biking essential needs like tools, pump, hydration pack, chain link, gloves, energy gel/bar, snacks, camera, and most importantly a HELMET.
