Training Irvine, our hiking club brings the same focus on strength, endurance, and overall well-being that we deliver in the gym, but takes it outdoors to connect with nature and each other.

Whether you’re an experienced hiker or just starting out, our group welcomes all fitness levels. We choose scenic local trails that balance challenge with enjoyment, giving members a chance to improve cardiovascular health, build lower-body strength, and boost mobility—while soaking in fresh air and stunning views.
