Low-pressure social time.
Bring a book, a hobby, work, homework, or buy an “art bite” from the Art + Tea Lounge. They have art projects that range from 50 cents to $29. Then you can use all their art supplies in the back of the tea house for your project!

Stay as long or as short as you’d like. They close at 8. Please grab some tea and/or pastry or project to support them welcoming us into their cozy space. Come find me with my black box of coasters and grab a red/green coaster. Flip it to green if you’re open to chatting or flip to red if you just want to exist with a group. Flip it anytime!

Some people have been wanting to be quiet, some have been wanting to chat, and some a bit of both.

We’re taking over a table at Studio Create in Bend for some pottery painting! Pick a piece, paint it however you want, and just exist with some good people. No talent required.

A few things to know:
Pottery pieces are paid directly to the studio and range from $10-$100. Choose from over 200 ceramic pieces, totally your call what you pick. Everyone who shows up paints, that’s the deal.

Feel free to bring your own drink: coffee, tea, water, whatever.

Paint is water-soluble so don’t stress about your clothes.

They said it usually takes about two hours. If there are no reservation after us, we can stay longer, or move to smaller tables if need be, or people can come back another day to finish their art. They will fire your creation, ready for pick up in 7-10 days.

I’ll have the coasters so you can get chatty or exist without feeling like you have to. Grab one when you come in. Flip it to red if you just want to chill quietly, green if you’re open to chatting. Flip it over anytime!

Come make something with a group! Pick a project and get creative.

We’re taking over some tables at the Tea & Art Lounge for an art night! Browse their “artistic bites” shop and grab something to decorate. They have wooden figures, paper goods, tote bags, and more, all ranging from $0.50 to $29. That’s your canvas for the night, and all the supplies you need are already there. Stamp it, color it, glue it. There’s a whole wall of supplies.

No agenda. No icebreakers. No pressure to talk or be quiet. Grab a coaster from the box next to me when you sit down: green side up if you’re open to chat, red side up if you’re in your own world. Both are correct.

Just show up, pick something to make, and be somewhere with other people for a while. It’s going to be a good one.

Projects $0.50 to $29, free to attend beyond that but you’re welcome to buy tea or a pastry too.
