About us
Relaxed golf for newer and high-handicap players who want to play more, improve, and meet good people.
Like golf, but don’t love leagues, tournaments, or the pressure of playing with serious golfers?
Alpharetta Social Golf is for newer and high-handicap golfers who want to get out on the course more often, improve by playing regularly, and—most importantly—meet people they genuinely enjoy spending time with.
The idea is simple: someone books a tee time, three other people join, and we play.
No standings. No prizes. No pressure about whether you shoot 88 or 108. Just relaxed golf, good conversation, and the chance to get a little better each time out—often with a drink or bite afterward.
You don’t need to be a good golfer, but you should be comfortable playing on a course, understand basic golf etiquette, and be able to maintain a reasonable pace. Bad shots are expected. Wanting to improve is encouraged. Taking yourself too seriously isn’t.
Most outings will be around Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, and North Fulton, typically in foursomes rather than large organized events. We’ll also occasionally arrange group instruction with some of the area’s best golf instructors, along with Topgolf nights and other casual golf get-togethers.
The goal isn’t to build the biggest golf group in Atlanta. It’s to build a great group of people who play regularly, improve together, and genuinely enjoy each other’s company.
If that sounds like your kind of golf, join us for a round.
