Join us for a powerful 2-hour Sound Bath Immersion at The Sound Bath Studio in Palos Verdes, where ancient instruments and science-backed sound therapy meet for deep nervous system restoration.
This intimate, small-group experience (limited to 8 attendees) includes live Symphonic Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Earth Drums, and other sacred instruments — all designed to support emotional release, energetic clearing, and cellular renewal. You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and meditation to help you fully arrive in the moment, followed by a full vibrational sound journey and grounding integration.
This is not a performance — it’s a nervous system reset, crafted to help you return to balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive setting.
