- June is Men’s Health Month
It’s a fact, most guys don’t like going to the doctor. Often times it’s only after a medical “wake-up” call that they are willing to make- and show up for- a doctor’s appointment. Common wake up calls include a finding of high blood pressure or cholesterol, an increased future risk of diabetes, weight gain, or problems and symptoms associated with lowered testosterone levels such as fatigue, lack of libido, or ED. Don’t wait for an unpleasant wake-up call!! It’s much easier to prevent these common guy health problems with a little bit of preventative effort.
