This group does not exist to "sell" its members on anything. This group exists for people who find talking about investing ideas and strategies, and everything that may go along with it, fun! Share thoughts and ideas and network with people of a similar mind as you. Whether you buy and sell stocks as a hobby, are a small landlord looking to expand your real estate portfolio, or are a professional asset manager, if this is an area of interest to you, this group is for you!
We will typically meet in the greater western Chicagoland area, concentrated around Aurora, but I'll try to have meetups at a reasonable distance to anyone anywhere within a 50 mile radius.
