FULL MOON *BLUE MOON* AMAZING SUNSET/MOON LIT PADDLE ON THE BEAUTIFUL SALT RIVER

Join us for our first (this season) evening paddle on the Amazing Salt River to see old friends, new friends, and ones we have yet to meet. Please come join us to HAVE SOME FUN on the river for a spectacular Sunset & Moonlit night!

THE RIVER IS FLOWING at good LEVELS... the weather is getting HOTTER....
That all being said,.. This should be a fantastic night on the River...
So lets get together have some fun, visit with old friends, and make new friends on this Amazing Salt River voyage!!

Our Full Moon Hiking events are so popular... I thought how AMAZING it would be to do a SUNSET/ ALL MOST FULL MOON on the water on the beautiful Lower Salt River. SOOO... LETS DO IT!!!

******* THIS WILL BE AMAZING... FUN & RELAXING ***********

Our group did this last year a few times and had a great time with Spectacular Sun Sets and Beautiful Views of the rising Moon as it came up over our shoulders as we floated down to our final destination to Phon D Sutton.!

NOTE: If you have an inflatable PFD, arrive sufficiently earlier to allow time to inflate your craft before we *shuttle up to Water Users from Phon D. Sutton at 4:45*.

We will meet up at Phon D. Sutton Recreation Area 4:30 pm and will be ready to head up at 4:45 pm Water Users (Starting point). Would like to be on the river by 5:15 PM to enjoy the Amazing Arizona Sunset.... when we head down the river, we'll stop for a short time at Mud Cliffs. Here we will take a break, have your snacks and drinks of your choice, and of course some time chill to watch enjoy the rising Moon in the eastern sky. Then continue our paddle down to our final destination in the light of the Amazing (almost full Blue Moon) And don't forget to look for the Wild Horses beautiful Birds along the waters edge!

DAY'S FORECAST: It's Going to be a NICE ONE.. Highs: low 90s
Lows: low 60s

Things you may need... Drinking Water, PFD / Life Jacket (We require you wear one while on the water), bug spray, bug net, glow sticks, light for your water craft... something to light your way. Sunblock, Hat, Snacks, and any other items that you as an EXPERIENCED kayaker likes to bring kayaking... And very important your sense for an Amazing Arizona Adventure!

*For parking you will need a Tonto Pass (pay stations available) If purchased in advance only $8, or at pay station $12. (NOT SURE IF PRICE HAS INCREASED) It is no cost if you have and Display in your dash ATB card (America The Beautiful) card. I recommend that you get a pass in advance as sometimes the vending machines on site do not work.
