## My Kind of Pleasure: Busting Myths About S*x, Desire + Pleasure

What if some of what you’ve learned about s*x, desire, and pleasure...isn’t actually true?

We get SO many messages throughout our lives about what sex is supposed to look like, how desire is supposed to work, what we're supposed to want, what is “normal,” and how our bodies should respond.

Let’s question some of those messages. :)

💗 This is the first gathering in My Kind of Pleasure, a four-part series where I’ll share some of my favorite things I’ve learned about s*x, s*xuality, desire, and pleasure through my work and training as a Life + S*x Coach and Sexuality Educator-in-Training.

💗 I’ll pull from research and science, sexuality educators and thought leaders I love, and ancient wisdom and practices from traditions including Taoism and Tantra—and make it digestible, practical, and relevant to our actual lives.

💗 For our first gathering, we’ll bust some common myths about s*x and desire and expand how we think about sex and pleasure.

💗 And we won't stop at learning interesting information. We'll explore: How can I use what I'm learning in my relationships, my pleasure, and my sex life—and how might it apply to my life beyond sex?

Think part education + part exploration + part practical application.
There will be opportunities to participate anonymously through questions and polls, as well as space to share and connect if you want to. But also feel free to come and listen in and not feel the need to participate!!

I'll also share some of my favorite resources afterward if you want to keep exploring.
