Sound Bath & Mid-Summer Self-Care Check-in at The Farmacy Farmstand

Let's do a mid-summer check-in and see if we need to offer support to, or receive any support from, members of our Empath Community.

Join us as Pearl Carpenter, owner of the Farmacy Farmstand, takes us on a Sound Bath experience in the tranquil setting of her garden yurt, followed by a brief group check-in to see how everyone is navigating their summer, as well as a few suggested self-care tips to take home with us.

While at the Farmacy Farmstand, take time to ground yourself while walking through the garden, sitting in the yoga area, or taking time for yourself in the on-site Healing Garden. Fresh produce, herbs and fresh cut flowers will also be available for purchase at the farmstand for an additional cost.

When: Saturday, July 27th from 9:00am – 10:00am

Where: Farmacy Farmstand, 7260 Oakbrook Rd., Newark, IL, 60541
(3 miles south of Sandwich, IL)

Cost: This is a donation-based event.

This event is for ages 18 and up and space is limited.
Attendees must please register. Walk-ins the day of are not allowed due to limited space.

What to bring:

• You may wish to bring water with you.
• Yoga Mats, blankets and chair “poufs” will be provided courtesy of The Farmacy Farmstand, but feel free to bring your own pillows, blankets, etc. to insure your comfort during the sound bath.

**Please note some medical conditions may cause a risk for taking part in a sound bath, such as pregnancy, history of seizures, medical implants (i.e. pace makers), or tinnitus. Please consult your physician if you have any concerns.
