After booking, you’ll receive a short form about where you are, what you’re working on and the one goal you want to focus on. I read it beforehand, so we start right away, with no time lost on small talk.

🎯 One goal, full focus
We pick one specific challenge, for example:

• “Which of my business ideas should I go for?”
• “Why am I not getting clients?”
• “How should I price what I do?”
• “How do I become more visible?”
• “I’m not sure about my positioning or target audience.”
• “Where do I even start?”

💡 Strategy and honest feedback
I bring 12+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy and business growth to your situation. Expect real questions, practical advice and a fresh perspective, not generic motivation: a mix of mentoring, consulting and coaching.

Hi, I’m Violaine, a business strategist and the founder of VB Consultancy. I help women who want to build something of their own go from “I have an idea” to “I have paying clients.”

After 12+ years in digital marketing and growth, most recently as Digital Director at an international digital creative agency, I left corporate life to build my own path. I know what it feels like to carry an idea, doubt it and do it all alone.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve supported 15+ entrepreneurs online. Now I’m bringing these sessions offline, around a coffee in a cosy setting, for women based in Budapest.

My goal for this session is simple: to help you stop going in circles and leave with a clear, actionable plan.
