Description: Join us for a journey through art and nature, where striking sculptures blend seamlessly with the lush landscape inside deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum followed by an onsite performance of Arias Aloft Midsummer Magic that captures the essence of a New England summer. We will initially wander at a relaxed pace for 1.5 miles to learn about the 60 sculptures from abstract installations to thought-provoking figurative works. The evening culminates in the Arias Aloft: Midsummer Magic performance, a mesmerizing fusion of opera, musical theater, cabaret, and circus artistry that invites one into a world of whimsy, wonder, and mystical beauty of nature.
We will meet at 3:30PM pm to explore the art sculptures and enjoy the musical performance at 6pm . Meeting location will be sent to registered participants.
Admission: Participants must purchase tickets online in advance on The Trustees Website ($32 for Trustees members / $40 for Non-members) Terrain: Relaxed pace (little to no elevation) for 1.5 miles Parking: Free parking with admission. No public transportation - carpool recommended.
