Description: Join AMC young members for a day of fun in the sun and beach sports at Carson Beach. Meet on the beach In front of the main volleyball courts at Carson Beach — look for a blue beach shelter and a AMC sign flat on the ground *This event is geared toward people in their 20s–40s What to Bring Plenty of water (at least 1–2 liters) and a cooler if you'd like to share Sunscreen, other sun protection, towel, blanket, chair, snacks Also encouraged to being a beach umbrella/shade, games (soccer or spike ball). I will bring a frisbee and a small speaker Getting There 🚇 Public Transportation (recommended): Red Line to JFK/UMass T-stop — short walk along the Harborwalk. 🚗 Driving & Parking: Free parking lots at Carson Beach (but expect a wait). Backup option: Park at South Bay Center and take a quick ride share to the beach. Safety on the Beach Swim near others & stay within your limits. Hydrate, reapply sunscreen, seek shade as needed. Keep valuables secure and regroup at the main volleyball courts if separated.
