Description: Join the Narragansett 20s & 30s at Aquidneck Island's Sachuest Point and the nearby Second Beach!
The Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge is a popular sanctuary right along the ocean's edge. The trail we'll take there will give us great views of the ocean and the waves, and we'll get the chance to see a large variety of wildlife as well. We'll walk for about thirty minutes on the gravel path before walking down to the nearby Second Beach. We'll spend the rest of the night on the beach. We'll likely pass the time chatting and playing games, but participants are welcome to swim as well.
Participants should bring:
Snacks, dinner, and water as needed Chair (we'll be able to visit our cars between the walk and the beach, so no need to pack light) Sunscreen Bug spray A change of shoes for the beach (optional) Towel (optional) Swimwear (optional)
Reminder: Please click the RSVP link above to register!
