Please note that this walk will be on Thursday to avoid the rainstorm predicted for Wednesday.
Get off the couch and enjoy a walk through a local park lit up for the holiday: Trees, holiday-themed dioramas, wonderful light displays, and a reflecting lake. About 2 miles of easy, flat walking. Hope you can join us afterwards for dinner.
Dress for the weather, including warm and dry footwear. Cameras will come in handy.
Inclement weather could cancel; snow on the ground would be a plus.
Park along the road by the first parking lot on the right as you enter the park from Newport Ave. The parking area is quite dark, so please be aware that flashlights are advised for the start and end of the walk.
