DESCRIPTION
Attention, Narragansett Chapter paddlers- please join us as we join forces with the Blackstone Collaborative in celebrating the final leg of their Annual Source to Sea Paddle.

From September 10–13, a small group of river advocates will travel the Blackstone River from Worcester to Providence, experiencing firsthand the beauty of the river, the challenges created by 22 dams, and the opportunities to improve river access and restoration. On the last day (9/13), we will accompany those advocates over the last 4 miles down the Seekonk River, then head to the nearby Narragansett Brewery for a river celebration.

This is a unique paddling opportunity that all AMC paddlers (kayak, SUP, and canoe) can do as part of a larger group. Canoes, paddles, PFDs, and shuttle transportation are provided at no cost. After the paddle, Blackstone Collaborative will also provide food and your first two drinks at Narragansett Brewing. No boat? No problem. There will be approximately 35 spots available in canoes or you can register to bring your own canoe/kayak/SUP.
