Description: Join other folks in their 20s and 30s on a hike up North Sugarloaf and along the Pocumtuck Ridge Trail!
This hike will be approximately 3 miles with around 650 feet of elevation gain. We will likely be wrapping up our hike in the dark, so flashlights / headlamps will be required for this trip. Please identify in the application if you will be needing one.
After the hike, those who are interested in a bite to eat or something to drink will be welcome to join us at 3 Amigos in Amherst.
Ethan Guertin (he/him): Ethan lives in Turners Falls, MA and is a hiking and social leader for the Western MA Chapter. He grew up spending time outside and enjoys activities such as hiking, backpacking, fishing, and paddling.

Description: Join other folks in their 20s/30s/40s on a 2.0-mile night hike in the Greylock Glen!
We will climb around 100 feet and enjoy a relaxed walk around the Glen Meadow Trail and Pond Trail in Greylock Glen! The terrain will be rocky and rooty at times, so closed-toed footwear is recommended. We will be conducting our hike in the dark, so flashlights / headlamps will be required for this trip. Please identify in the application if you will be needing one.
After the hike, folks who are interested in a bite to eat or a drink are welcome to join us at AJ's Trailside Pub in Adams, MA.

She has special interests in plant and wildlife ecology and the history of rural New England. Description: Join other folks in their 20s/30s/40s for an early morning hike up South Sugarloaf in South Deerfield! We'll make the short walk up the auto road to take in the sunrise from the summit. The round trip is under 1.5 miles on a paved road with steady elevation gain.
Dress for a cold morning, and consider bringing a mug or cup for tea! The leaders will bring hot water, cocoa mix, instant coffee, and teas to choose from.
After the walk, you're welcome to join for coffee or breakfast at Wild Roots Café just across the river in Sunderland.
Dogs are allowed, and must be leashed at all times; please let the leader(s) know if you intend to bring your pup!

Audience: 20’s & 30’s

Description: Join other folks in their 20s, 30s, and 40s to pedal to the 7th Annual Wild & Seedling Pomological Exhibition! Do you like biking in the fall? Do you like wild apples? Do you like tasting and judging food? This is the activity for you. The Annual Wild & Seedling Pomological Exhibition is a showcase of novel wild and seedling apples and pears. You get to taste, judge, and marvel at the passion folks have for wild apples. The event is free to attend with a $10 suggested donation. We will take a route along the bike path and some lower traffic back roads to the show, stay for about an hour to taste all the fun apples and pears. We'll then return the way we came, biking the same back-roads-and-bike-path route back.
Ride Details: 17.4 miles 760 ft elevation gain total, split into two halves with a sizeable break in between, more elevation gain on the out than back. All paved bike path or back roads. Plan to ride between 10 and 12 miles per hour, depending on the group. This is no-drop so we will ride at a pace that is comfortable for all.
Acceptable bikes including road, gravel, hybrid or hardtails. E-bikes are okay (no throttle assist). Helmets required. Please bring a water bottle. Spare tube and change kit recommended just in case! Please also consider the weather with appropriate layers for both biking and browsing the apples. If we are not familiar with you, we may reach out with a few questions to ensure this ride is right for you!
