Audience: 20’s & 30’s
Description: If you are in your 20s/30s and looking for a great hike – this one is for you! Join us for an easy relaxed-pace 6-mile hike around the reservoir. Let's hope to catch a glimpse of bald-headed eagles or other unique birds that are frequently seen in the area. Perhaps we will be lucky to witness a flock of snow geese and their majestic sky show. The trail includes a short rock hop with a rope to assist across a shallow water crossing.
Meet and circle up at 10am at the visitor center. Wear sturdy footwear; pack water and lunch. Rain/snow cancels. Please note cell phone reception and GPS satellite signal are spotty at Merrill Creek. Contact L[s] for additional information.
This hike is intended to be a 20s/30s affinity activity. Participation is limited to those who identify with this age group. If you have questions about eligibility or the nature of this activity, please contact the trip leader[s] by email for more information.
