Description: Join other 20s/30s for a fun 3.5-mile loop through Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 10:00am-12:30pm. Expect the hike to take about 2–2.25 hours, with time built in to enjoy the scenery and connect along the way.

We’ll meet at 10:00am in the parking lot off of New Holland Rd and Forester Rd . From there, we’ll head out on a scenic loop combining sections of the Coffee Pot, Boulevard Trail, Spruce, Cabin Hollow, and Laurel Path. Nolde Forest is known for its beautiful mix of pine plantations and hardwood forest, historic stone features, and steady rolling terrain.
This moderate 3.5-mile hike includes approximately 567 feet of elevation gain , so plan for an incline at the beginning and a gradual steady decline as the hike progresses.

The trails can be rocky or muddy depending on recent weather. Hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes are a must . Dress in layers for cool March temperatures-we’ll likely warm up quickly on the climbs. Bring plenty of water and a snack if you’d like.

After the hike, those interested can join for an optional lunch at Deluxe Diner (2295 Lancaster Pike Shillington, PA 19607 United States) to relax and continue the social time. Everyone can order individually and hang out together.

Any significant rain or snow (beyond the lightest drizzle) will cancel.
Please note: In order to comply with Pennsylvania Youth
