Description: Celebrate 150 years of the Appalachian Mountain Club with a relaxed paddling meet-up to get outside, enjoy the water, and connect with others who love paddling. Whether you’re new or experienced, this is a friendly way to meet people and have fun. AMC strives to help remove logistical barriers to outdoor recreation in the city by offering the chance to paddle with a group and providing easy access to rental and gear options. We’ll announce time, location, and rental details soon. Limited gear from our library will be available—stay tuned for more info! Everyone is welcome—members and nonmembers alike. Bring your own gear if you have it, or we’ll share rental/gear options when available.
